$1500 Deposit/Security is due within 7 days of booking.* 50% of rent is due 90 days before occupancy and the remainder of the rent must be paid in full 45 days before arrival.

The security deposit will be returned within 14 days after the end of your rental agreement less the $150 cleaning fee and any other charges for damage, repair or replacement.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of a cancellation, your reservation deposit and rental payments are refundable only if a rental is secured for the same period at the same rate.*

Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
