Hi....we are a retired Canadian couple who are presently in The Villages and we are looking for a place to rent for next season from December 1st, 2017 to March 31st, 2018. We are very neat, clean people and always treat a rental with care and treat it as if it was our own home. We are looking in this price range and would be willing to commit to an agreement to rent for the same time period for the next 4 or 5 seasons.
