This rental is a house share. Offering the Master Bdrm (with Queen bed) , attached full bath and use of the common areas (kitchen, living and dining area, lanai, and indoor laundry room. I am out playing most of the day, and I do not cook, so the common areas are pretty much yours alone to enjoy.

My comfortably furnished home is located in Virginia Trace about as close to Lake Sumter as you can get. Walking distance to numerous restaurants, shops, town square, swimming pool and much more!

$325 a week until Dec 17th. $450 a week during high season, $1,500 a month December, January or March. Driveway parking available, plus basic cable and internet.
