I am offering a very private, spacious bedroom with a queen size bed, full bath, and walk in closet. There is a TV with basic cable, a desk with internet, and a land line phone in the room. My guests will share all common areas (living room, dining area, kitchen, lanai, and laundry) with owner. While I don't cook, the kitchen has been well stocked with utensils needed to make meals at home. Driveway parking is available. Newspaper shared daily.

I am a new owner and have taken care in furnishing the house comfortably. I am particularly pleased with the new landscaping surrounding my property.

Before arrival I will secure a visitors pass for those wishing to participate in the seemingly endless activities available in the Villages.
