Located between CR 466 and CR 466A the "Sweet Spot" in the villages,
our 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa is fully furnished with all you will need to stay for a month or longer. Cook as much or as little as you want in its fully appointed kitchen, which includes a dinette area for two and counter with chairs for guests. There is a formal dining room with seating for six. HDTVs are in the living room and Master bedroom. The Master bedroom has king size bed with 2 dressers and walk-in closet. The additional bedroom has a queen size bed, plenty of dresser and closet space and a desk. The Master bathroom has shower and guest shower with tub. There are ceiling fans throughout the villa and full inside laundry. Towels, linen, etc. are here for your needs.

Screened lanai has table and chairs for outdoor, bug free relaxation and on the patio is BBQ grill. Within our villa you have WIFI access to the internet, cable TV and HD DVD player.

Though we do not provide a golf cart, one can be rented from one of the many companies that provide them.

Temporary Residents IDs ($50 per household) can be obtained to enable you to live as residents during your stay. You can play any of the 32 executive golf courses for a nominal trail fee, or one of the 11 championship golf courses at a reduced fee. You get access to all recreation centers, pools, & even the lap/sports pools, and admittance to Katie Belle's, the resident's only dance hall and restaurant on the square in Spanish Springs. IDs also provide reduced rate at the nearby movie theaters.

$500 security deposit is due within 7 days of booking, $800 for 2 or more months. Full payment for stay is due 60 days before start of stay. A cleaning fee of $75 will be deducted from your security deposit at the end of your stay with remainder of deposit returned upon confirmation that villa is in order. All rates are for 2 people, additional guest is $75 per week. Villa does not fit more than 4 people comfortably. Check in is at 3 PM on first day of rental. (Call ahead and we may be able to accommodate earlier check in.) Check out is at 11 AM on last day of rental.
