Enjoy family pool, shuffleboard, tennis, pickle ball. Only 2 miles away from Brownwood Paddock Square where you will find nightly entertainment, plus restaurants, shopping, & movie theatre. Pinellas Plaza is a short golf cart ride away with Winn Dixie & Publix Supermarkets, several restaurants & amenities. Easy entrance & exit to Buena Vista Drive. Located just a short golf cart ride to adult pool, mailbox, bouclé ball, picnic tables, & a peaceful wildlife preserve area & golf course.
My home has an interior design that focuses on beautiful functional spaces filled with bright exquisite details that make a space complete. Very open floor plan with a large fully equipped kitchen including all dishware, glasses, silverware, pots/pans, coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave & electric can opener. Eat-in kitchen has table with 4 chairs with a pretty view out back window. There are 4 bar stools to allow friends & family to take part in kitchen activities. Relax in the extended Lanai.
The living room has a new 60" smart flat screen smart TV, cable & DVD player. The home is a split plan (master suite on one side & guest suite on the other with a pocket door entrance for additional privacy). The living room is furnished with a large wall unit , sofa, matching chair & large coffee table. The sliding glass doors in the living room open up to a screened extended lanai which is furnished with a new barbeque, a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee & paper, or in the evening to enjoy peace & quiet.
The dining room has an open floor plan with a full dining room set including 8 chairs. Table extends to fit more guests for family gatherings. The walls are adorned with beautiful paintings & mirrors.
The Master Suite is furnished with a king size bed, an LED HDTV and a huge walk-in closet. The attached Master Bath features double vanities & a beautifully tiled walk-in Roman Style shower.
Both guest rooms are nicely furnished with a queen size bed & queen pullout sofa w/lg closets. One of the guest rooms also features a LED HDTV with DVD player. There is an adjoining full bathroom. The home is outfitted with all of the necessary appliances, furniture, blankets, linens, bath towels, etc. to make your stay truly an enjoyable one...just bring your toothbrush & your ready to enjoy all that is The Villages.
The laundry room has a new washer, dryer & the ironing board & iron are provided for your convenience.
There is a two car, plus golf cart garage. A beautiful new 4 seat golf cart is included in this rental (gas not included). Minimum 16 year age requirement for driving golf cart.
All taxes, cable TV, internet, trash & lawn service are included. Electric consumption greater than $200.00 per month will be deducted from the security deposit. Cleaning fee of $150.00 will be deducted from the security deposit.
This home is pet & smoke free for the benefit & comfort of our guests. There is to be no smoking on the lanai or in the home. Pets are not allowed on premises.

Rental Policy:
Check-in (first day of month) 4:00 pm - Check-out (last Day of month) 10:00 am.
Rental rates are based on double occupancy (2 adults) only. Additional fee of 10% of the total rent for 2 additional people. Prior approval is needed for guest stays. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Maximum of 6 people allowed. All tenants must sign the lease.
*$1500.00 minimum Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.
A Reservation Deposit of 50% of total rental amount is due within 7 days of booking. Reservation deposits are not refundable.
The remaining 50% rental amount owed is due 30 days prior to stay. The Security Deposit will be returned within 15 days of departure providing there are no damages other than normal wear & tear.
The Villages Temporary Resident ID cards are provided free of charge for stays of 3 months or longer. A $50 fee will be charged for stays of 1 or 2 months. The $50 fee will be deducted from the security deposit. This will include return of keys, garage door remote controls, security gate cards & mailbox key (if furnished).
All accidents/incidents involving golf cart will be the responsibility of the renter, damages must be paid in full.
All homeowner amenities will be transferred to the renter. There are over 30 Executive 9-Hole golf courses & 10 Championship golf courses are available. Golfing is FREE on Executive courses with ID Cards. Championship requires a minimum fee.
Heated pools, pickle ball, wildlife viewing, FREE nightly entertaining & dancing at the 3 Town Squares, 3 eight-theater movie complexes, 2 bowling centers, softball complexes, Polo field, churches, shopping centers, hospital & numerous schedule activities every day.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
