We're looking for someone from the region north of Boston, Massachusetts who would be interested in living in our house in TV Jan-May 2017, and we, in turn, would would live in your Massachusetts house during that time period. We could start this in January, 2017. Yes, it's cold in Massachusetts but we have 2 grandchildren there and their mom and pop could use our help during the school year. Then we would swap back in the summer. Ideally, there would be no furniture moving necessary nor money changing hands if we could work out an agreement.

About us and our house. We have lived in TV for 3 years. Our 3/2 house has 1900 sq. feet, a 2-car garage, and a golf course view. It has Pergo throughout, new engineered stone countertops, a large lanai and an outdoor patio. We're on a cul-de-sac within walking distance to Spanish Springs and the hospital. We're mid-60s, still working part time (from home), and we take good care of the place. Nonsmokers. We have 2 declawed cats.
