Default Seeking 6 month rental year after year

I'm a new owner in the Brownwood area and helping my father look for long term rentals in the Villages. Because he is 87 and I think the Spanish Springs area would be best for him. Ideally, he'd like a rental property from October through March/April year after year without having to go through the process each year of searching for a new property.

Does anyone have a property that satisfies the time frame and year on year rental mentioned above? If so, what are the rates and other details for this property?

Thank you,
Rick

Hello Rick,
My wife and I have a 2bd 2 bath home in Silver Lake, 2 mins from Spanish Springs. We just updated the whole place and furnished with new furniture.
Extremely nice and would be perfect for him. If he will rent for the 6 months you stated, I would be $12,500 including everything.
Please email me, Mike mbraun179@yahoo.com

May he renew his rental a thousand times but a bit of advice.

It may be wiser to locate him closer. We have friends who help with groceries and just check in on their parents every day. It is better to have them close.

And don't be too sure there aren't Better than Boomers south of 466A.

I know several personally.

I don't know if Mulberry Grove area would be too far from Spanish Springs. It certainly is far from Brownwood. If you have any interest, we are preparing to rent a 3 bedroom Anna Maria on in that area. It's on a golf course.

Have you found a property yet? Is Ashland Village too far? We have turnkey 2/2/ patio villa available from first of November this year and from October forward in future years. (Our daughter is staying there this September and October)
