I am a single, non-smoker, retiree engineering exec. moving to Florida and looking to try out a rental for the next winter season over a 6 month period. No pets. I am open for a furnished or unfurnished unit since I will have mine with me anyway. I head north for the summer months from May to October so not really looking for 12 months. I prefer to be north of 466A. I also will appreciate a golf cart if one can be included. I would appreciate a larger floor plan square footage and extra garage space too and some upgrades but will be still watching my budget closely. I would like to see some pictures inside and out and the address info. I am interested in a total cost for the unit for the period of Nov-April with what is included/not included with a rough idea of that those costs might be.
