Rental Policy:
$500 deposit/security due within 7 days of booking.
$100 cleaning fee.
$50 (optional) Villages ID: allows free executive golf play on executive courses and reduced rates on championship golf, tennis, pickleball plus all the amenities available to residents.
Rent is for two people. There is an additional charge for guests or shared rentals.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Security deposit will be returned within 45 days after departure following property inspection and inventory.
