Rental Policy:
$500 deposit/security due within 7 days of booking.
$100 cleaning fee (waived if home is left as clean as you found it).
$50 (optional) ID, allows free executive golf play on executive courses and reduced rates on championship golf, tennis, pickleball plus all the amenities available to residents.
Rent is for two people. There is an additional charge for guests or shared rentals.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Security deposit will be returned within 21 days after departure following property inspection and inventory.
