Our home is smoke and pet free, and it has a 2 car plus golf cart garage.* Watch a beautiful sunrise in our 29’ x 12’ fully furnished lanai along with lots of birdwatching. For indoor entertainment there is a brand new 55″ HDTV with Blue-Ray player in Living Room and a brand new 50″ HDTV with Blue-Ray player in Master. The house has beautiful wood-grain tile throughout with no carpet and custom quartz countertops throughout as well. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a walk-in closet, walk in Roman shower and double vanity. Guest bedrooms have a queen and full with plenty of closet space and guest bath with a walk in shower. *At the end of the day, sink into our Electric Recliner located in the Living Room. Our home is also equipped with a brand new High Efficiency Front load Washer and Dryer on pedestals. As for seating, there are (2) Bar Stools at kitchen counter, a table for (6-8) with six chairs provided, a 7-piece lanai set plus a table in the lanai for (4). There is also a table with bar stools set up for your laptop.

Our home is a golf lover’s paradise with plenty of courses to choose from. After a thrilling day on the course you can chill out at the pool only a short walk away. There are plenty of nearby recreation centers to choose from and a choice between Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing for an evening of fun. If you prefer a quieter evening to dine out, there are plenty of nearby restaurants including the Orange Blossom Hills Golf and Country Club.

You are within walking distance to Paradise Park, Paradise Regional Recreation Center, Knudson Softball field and archery range. You have easy access to Silver Lake Village Recreation Center and Southside Recreation Center.
