It has a very nice view of the Evans Prairie Marsh from the front windows (between the homes across the street). It also has a full 2 car garage plus a Harley Davidson Motorcycle Garage (ok, so it is a Golf Cart Garage, but Harley garage sounds much cooler).

There are 3 full bedrooms(1 King bed and 2 queen beds) and 2 baths for your use, as well as a large Lanai, nice Kitchen with Breakfast nook. and an INDOOR laundry room right off the master bedroom with a sink and closet. Tile in the Bathrooms and Kitchen, and Carpet in the rest of the home.

The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you could want (we will be staying here several weeks a year, so we need nice things).

Rental Policy:
50% of total rent (non-refundable) amount due within 7 days of booking.

Nonrefundable $125 cleaning fee will be deducted from deposit before return.

Cancellation Policy: rent received is non-refundable unless the house is re-rented for same time period.
