Hello-if you want to see the details on our house it is listed on the villages 4 rent site including pictures, ID number 3839. We are currently listing it at $2200/month, but are open to going to $2000/month for a multi year lease. We will pay for all of the external fees (lawn, pool, pest,etc) while tenant pays for electric, cable, internet, internal water usage,etc. These will be outlined in contract specifics should you have interest.
