Why have your holiday guests crowd into your spare rooms & pull out sofas or get a hotel room at over $149/nt?

They can stay at my 2br patio villa in Hillsborough right near Brownwood. They'll have a whole house AND a gas golf cart for use. The villa sleeps 4 and has Direct TV (130 channels) and Wifi. King in master. Twin beds in guest BR.

I've been full nearly all of 2014 and I'm full Jan-Apr 2015, BUT I just happen to have Dec 13-31 open. I'd like to fill it, and I'm practically giving it away.

12/13 - 12/20 = $65/nt all bills & taxes incl
12/21 - 12/31 = $85/nt all bills and taxes incl

ANY COMBO OK. Just please do a minimum of 5 nights.
My folks live in The Villages and can assist if needed.
