They will check and make sure that it is compliant before you close. If you don't do this you can be responsible for thousands or dollars to bring the property into compliance after purchase. It happened to me. You don't have anyone to support you - the CDD idiots like Jerry V will fine you until they are satisfied that you are in compliance. Welcome to the cult.
