I had heard they closed for good, and when I drove by in early December it looked dark/closed. But don't really know for certain.

I liked Alfie's. Kind of reminded me of a miniature Wisconsin supper club. Good prime rib. Hope the new place is worth a visit

They were getting pretty bad in the end - stopped going there about a year ago. Used to be real good for prime rib, last time wouldn't feed it to a dog.

For me, it always reminded me of the restaurants we used to visit in the NY Adirondack mountains. Old, slightly shabby with lots of wood, but with good food.

They used to serve a great breakfast and was a favorite of both the motorcycle clubs in TV.
