Fred K passed on this location before Guy Fieris. The kitchen was too small. Maybe he has a different idea in mind, lower volume, high end. Time will tell.

Fred knows what he is doing. I am betting that the new restaurant will be great!

You have said that SIX times. How do you know? Where did you get the information?

S/he might know something from someone and isn't allowed to divulge the source. Our dear departed Bonnie used to do that all the time. She knew stuff but could only say so much. It's not unusual, IMO.

Fred K holds the five year lease that has not yet run out and originally subleased it to Fieri who did not survive????
Fred K is the fellow who runs several Villages restaurants. Will he run it too? The building is owned by The Morses commercial division and I have heard that they lease in five year increments. I sounded quite rude and I apologize. Each time you posted I became curiouser and curiouser.

But is he going to use plastic straws? Is he going to have all of his garbage trucked over to flagler and thrown in the ocean?

The online news site has a story reporting this: "Fred Karimipour, owner of FMK Restaurant Group, is planning to open Chop House in Lake Sumter Landing in late spring. The restaurant’s specialty will be a variety of aged prime steaks, while seafood and sandwiches also will be offered."
He owns Belle Glade CC, Bluefin Grill & Bar, Bonifay CC, Evans Prairie CC, Orange Blossom Hills CC and Scooples Ice Cream Parlor. |

Some sound absorbing material would go a long way to making it a success.

Fred
Knows what he is doing. Bluefin is terrific. Let the Chop House open before making negative posts.
