Default Bealle Glade

Four couples tried this cc first time tonight. I ordered grilled salmon with a side of veggies. Hubby ordered the special, 4 oz beef filet. Friend ordered Caesar grilled chicken salad. Her hubby ordered sandwich. One other couple ordered a burger and the wife a wedge salad. Last couple ordered salad with chicken for wife and another burger for husband. Salmon came out extremely dry and tough. Sent back. Wedge salad came out with barely anything on it. Was sent back. Caesar salad came out with 3 tiny pieces of chicken. Was sent back bottom line, we all agreed. None of us will return

That's why we eat at home and seldom go out and if we do go out its to assure our neighbors that we are friendly and sociable . I haven't found a restaurant here that I would give an A+ rating. It is truly surprising that given the population drawn here is from all over the globe you would believe this area would contain some top restaurants?

You are the wiser one. My husband who had the filet mozzarella, as advertised in today's paper said it was so tiny he might have gotten 3 to 4 bites as the other guys laughed. Most men do like their beef this was very disappointing to him. The other guys had burgers and one a sandwich but who goes to a nice cc for dinner and wants to order a burger. Very disappointing for All four couples. Also they were not crowded last night so excuses weren't in order

Had lunch there on Tuesday, my wife had Thai beef lettuce wraps (from the appetizer menu) I had the California club sandwich with fries. Lettuce wraps were very good and enough for a meal, club sandwich was on foccaccia bread with avocado it was good. Draft beer was cold and served in a frosted glass. Service was slow but tolerable. This was lunch not dinner, so I am not sure about the service at night but I am sure we will be back for lunch.

Default Belle Glade

Stay away from Belle Glade's "special" lobster pie if you're counting carbs. What I got was a bowl of spicy, doughy mush with croutons on top that may have had a few fragments of lobster meat in it, but I couldn't tell.

I love the wedge salad at Belle Glade. I order it all of the time. Last time I ordered it though you were right, it was missing a bit of the topping and there was just a tiny bit of dressing on it. I love the beets and bacon on it. I just order the dressing on the side now because I prefer the ranch to their blue cheese dressing.

It might have been a good idea to call the manager over and explain everthing that went wrong with your service and meals. Hopefully they want to do well and will listen.

However I did try calling the manager over recently at Whiskey and Provisions after I was served a chicken sandwich that was not cooked all the way through and he didn't care at all. I won't be going back there.

Of course since 3 of us had problems we did call the manager over. Everything was brought back to kitchen and this is what occurred the wedge salad was brought back out and looked much better, as it is supposed to. For the ceasar salad an extra plate containing more chicken was brought to the table. My salmon I had my girlfriend try also since we both eat salmon often and she agreed it was dry and tough. They made me another piece which was much better however absolutely no taste. The lobster pie looked interesting but I try to eat healthy and anything with cremes, gravy I avoid. Lunch may be better but dinner was definitely a flop
