Depends on where you're from and what you like. For me, Darrell's Diner in Pinellas Plaza, or Toojays in Brownwood always fit the bill. Reasonable prices, too.

Their proper address is, 1008 W Dixie Ave, Leesburg, FL 34748. They close a 3:00pm.

I’m surprised that no one mentioned the fruitland park cafe. Located on 441. Small, friendly, and a great breakfast.

McDonalds, their Bacon egg and cheese McGriddle with a side of world famous hash browns paired with their scorching hot coffee and fresh from concentrate orange drink is to die for. 🤣🤣🤣👌🏼

Closest one here is on 44 about 8 miles from Brownwood.

Or The Flying Biscuit in Lake Sumter. Don’t let the realtor send you way south. Look for homes north of 466 in old area or north of 466a near Sumter. Great resales north, too far south towards the prison.

I go to McDonalds, in Buffalo Springs a couple times a month.
Two sausage McMuffin with egg, senior coffee, I use a coupon, no tipping,
eat outside.

Under $5.00, Life is good.
