All the fish and chips I have had in the villages has been bad. But I have not yet tried it at O'Shucks. O'Shucks is my favorite local dive restaurant but I always have raw oysters, and blackened fish plate, which is fantastic. Next visit to O'Shucks its fish and chips for me.

Even though they are both FMK restaurants Bonifay has a nice fish and chips with a generous amount of fish. At Belle Glade it’s three fish fingers and a plate of fries

My husband is Polish and, therefore, and expert on fish fries. 😉 According to him, the only worthwhile fish and chips meal is at Miller’s Ale House.

Cody’s in Lake Sumter Landing. If you like it crispy as I do, be sure to ask for the beer battered. They also have malt vinegar and good fries.

Little FINS at sawgrass has great fish. The chips are fries... should use steak cut to be better

Fish and Chips are good over there. I had a decent burger, good italian food, and pizza over there. They are known for sunday roast in England.

Place looks grubby and dirty to me. I won't go there.

I often order the “Fish and Chips” from various restaurants in The Villages—not because I’m hoping for the real thing, but because I like my fish fried. While it’s been almost four years since I’ve eaten there, I liked the “fish fingers” at the Tierra del Sol country club restaurant. Big, generous fingers. I hadn’t even realized fish HAD fingers! Worth a try. |
