Can't join you tonight KathieI but I totally agree with your assessment. This is one of the finest restaurants in central FL. I have enjoyed it immensely.

Thanks, dfn8tly, I hear its a weekly thing, maybe another time... I'll post my feedback tomorrow. Looking forward to it. Nice to get out of the bubble for a change.

Went to Embers about 12 weeks ago for their sunday brunch. Service was good. Food was average. Didn't like where they set up the serving stations too dark so viewing food was almost impossible

As promised, I'm reporting on our visit to this restaurant. We had a really nice time at Vic's last night. The entertainment, which was fabulous, was in the bar area so we could only choose from the bar menu. I had blackened grouper fingers, DELICIOUS! The menu bar is limited but very good, not cheap for sure. The layout of this place is large with 2 separate sections, separated by a very large round bar. The dining area has a full menu. The wait staff is very professional in mannerisms and dress. The people were fun loving and very nice.

We were so impressed that next Thurs, we will be bringing more of our village pals, including many singles, so that we can build up a regular clientele to go there. It will be a fun place for the future and we like that its outside the bubble.

That's the news of the day from the "Mayor"... Have a fun Friday and weekend.
