Soon as Bob Evans sold, the sausage products changed, as did many items, along with service in some areas. My Mom worked 25 years for them, she won’t eat most of their food, especially sausage, gravy and biscuits. I noticed the difference in sausage, but leave it up to the expert Mom to tell me what was disappointed charges

Actually their phone system had a network problem so they were not the only restaurant having the problem. I found that out yesterday when I was there picking up our order. I too had to wait with the masses. I should have checked our order. They forgot our rolls. So I'll return to pick them up. Yes they were overwhelmed and they are human and make mistakes.

No..... they are asking you to boycott because they THINK Bob Evans may have made a mistake. Maybe it was Door Dash. Unbelievable..... you can't make this stuff up! The hell with that business. The hell with the people that work there. I want my potatoes and gravy!

I agree. So quickly how some people forget there are those who don't have a meal, a roof over their head, clean water to drink, or staying warm, dry, and clothed.

And i suggest that people regain control of their own life. Why rely on others? People today beg for the government to solve their problems and also cook their meals?? The spirit of Thanksgiving is built upon LOVE. My wife and i are "old school"?? We rely upon each other and NOT on a food chain to meet our needs. We are happier for it.

It’s one time. I’ve been to Bob Evans 100 times without any issue. By all means hold one mistake against a great place.

I’m THANKFUL that we have a Bob Evans. It’s jobs for people and they work hard. Been there a million times with no issues. I’ll go back a million more times. Try the chicken and noodles...😊

Did you grow you own food? Raise and slaughter your meats? Go to a grocery store (which is a major part of the food chain)? Go to a restaurant? You thesis is poorly conceived. A civilization requires working with others and being dependent upon others. The alternative you state is to be hunter - gatherers. No one was asking for big government. My hope was that BE might get some feedback on their poor service and I was warning others of this bad experience.

“A 2-mile line in Arizona. A four-hour wait in Ohio. Millions seek help to avoid going hungry on Thanksgiving.” And BE forgot to pack mashed potatoes and gravy
