Default Bob Evans in Leesburg is closed

Does anyone know just why Bob Evans in Leesburg closed? I heard the road construction caused a severe loss of customers. Is Bob Evans on 466 still open? Such a shame all those workers lost their jobs.

Could'nt tell you why the Leesburg one closed. Do know employees may have relocated to the 466 restaurant. The one on 466 is very much open. We frequent it often. It will be closed the first week of june for renovation. Don't know the exact days but I think it's the 2nd to the 9th. The Bob Evans website may be more specific.

They had it on one of the TV stations news about a month ago. Bob Evans and another place closed because of the way they laid out the 27/441 split made it hard for customers to get into the restaurant.

What was odd, was the day after I saw the story we ate at Capt. D's right next door and it was crowded. They had to give out numbers so they could bring your food to your table since were running behind. I asked them about the Bob Evans closing, they didn't even know they were closed. We had no big problem getting into Capt D's, but when leaving and wanting to go northbound on 27, we did have to make a couple of quick turns to get on track.

Well there's no big fork in the road nor 3-year road construction going on at Colony or the new Pinellas shopping Center on 466-A here in TV. I hope Bob Evans adds another one here for the southernmost parts of TV.
