You're math is off by one order of magnitude. I think you meant to say $3/sq ft per month.

No it's $30 a sq" a year, + increases over the years.

Retail is done by the year not month as far leases go.

Been doing retail 35 years

So 30 X 5,000 / 12 =?

I called the agent, was thinking about opening a biz when I move later this year.

Well, I agree it has the style of a links. I disagree about being cheap. This course might give you a variety from the other Championship courses. My wife and I truly enjoyed playing the course in March. We also had a very nice lunch two days in a row. Never had dinner there. Decor was relaxing. Being new I thought overall it was very nice. IMHO

I've always had good meals at Bonifay. I'm not suggesting that others have not. Or.... maybe our tastes are just different.

I like that the country clubs are all different. (Bonifay is "beachy") If they were all the same, I would never go to any other then the one in my neighborhood.

The service can be slow but I guess I don't mind that. I do find it to be slow, but not bad. Give me a glass of wine and good company and I don't care.

Good Attitude Angie. I like it. Good wine and good company does seem to solve a lot of issues.

Ate lunch there yesterday. Crab bisque soup delicious, and green salad. Rounded it out with 2 Martini's at the special price of $2 each, and all was well. Service was good too. Real nice young lady.

Only complaint was the flies in the area.

I have been to Bonifay a number of times. Always happy with the food and service. Happy hour beers at under $2.00 each and the view of the golf course from the outside bar is an added bonus.

Those posters that are complaining about Bonifay don't have to go there. The Villages have many choices on and off campus. That will free up some seats at the bar when we show up again.
