Not sure what your definition of decent restaurant is, but Red Lobster has whole lobsters. I don't eat lobster so I can't comment on if they are good or not.

Orlando has several all-you-can eat lobster restaurants. (Just google lobster orlando florida) Not exactly fine dining experiences but great options for satisfying a lobster fix, if one wishes to make the stop a part of day get-away.

I was at Alfie's a while back and a few in our group got the lobsters - said they were excellent. When I saw those beautiful red Maine lobsters coming out I was sorry I didn't get it. Alfie's is in Weirsdale, Oklawaha or something like that. Maybe there is a website.

You might try an outing to Crystal River. There are lots of good seafood places there near Kings Bay and on the water. Great day trip this time of year as you can also see manatees.
