Smile Burkes BBQ on 466A

We had lunch there today - second time visiting. Great food, good selection, fantastic service!! Try the sliced smoked beef for a special treat and the chicken and ribs are awesome! Best sides I have had are ALL of them - fried okra, Mac & cheese, Lima beans, baked beans, corn bread and Texas toast. Great selection of sauces and a wonderful atmosphere - both inside and out. Very clean and a welcoming atmosphere! The "new" Villagers in the forthcoming Village of Fruitland Park have a nice surprise waiting for them right across the road on 466A.

I agree. It's so nice to see a local enterprise doing well. I love Burke's.

Park your cart by the gas station and take a short walk down a busy road. Only for the brave or if you don't have a car.
