Angry Longhorn on 441

Once again we tried Longhorn. The first time we were asked to fill out a survey card. We did, unfortunately our comments were not complimentary so it was not unexpected that we did not hear from them. We attempted to see if any changes had taken place and went back. We used their "call ahead" service and were told that there would be a 30 minute wait. We arrived 15 minutes later and were told by the hostess that there would be seated in 25 minutes.
After 45 minutes we started to notice that parties of four or more (we were 2) were being seated, that had arrived after we did. A booth in the main dining area was empty for over 20 minutes and a table in the bar remained uncleaned for over 30 minutes. After 1hour and 10 minutes we departed. I know that the longhorn doesn't need my paltry $70 to $75 dinner bill, but I wonder how much they will loose while I'm "extolling" their virtues.
