Default Evans Prairie Lunch

Ten in golf group stayed for lunch today after playing. We arrived just after 1:00. Service and food delivery were uncharacteristically very slow. Food was good as usual but 90 minutes from order to check paid is about 50% too long. I hope this was just a bad day for them. The manager was around and made aware of the issues.

Do ya think a group of 10 might of had something to do with it?

Probably not...service there tonight was painfully slow also, although we noticed the time it was taking but we really were not bothered by it....food was good and it wasnt real busy either.

last time we were at Evans Prairie we were in awe of the low bar prices. If I remember correctly they even offered Martini's for like $ 2.50.

We go to Evans Prairie on a regular basis. Drinks are very reasonable and even more so before 5:00. Maybe the poster who thought they were high ordered top shelf.

Price will always be a sticking point no matter what it is. Whats low to some is too high for others. When I read a review I try to figure out if the posters main concern was price, if it was I ignore the comments.

My wife and I have had numerous lunches at Evans Prairie - reasonable prices, good food and service.

We enjoy Evans Prairie for lunch and dinner. You can not serve good food real cheap! We do not find it overpriced for what you get. We always meet nice people there. If you want real cheap just go to Golden Coral and enjoy the trough! Ha.
