I think the wings from Winn Dixie are really good and they have a nice variety.

the Anchor Bar the genesis for chicken wings. I was raised in Central New York and friends from Buffalo gave me a copy of the original Anchor Bar recipe back in the 60's As I recall the wings were first fried then baked . My wife and i delighted many members at our family gatherings with that recipe....the glass of beer really helped

My vote would go to Cody's. I definitely will try Ramshackle's in Leesburg. Those sound excellent.
