Default Chinese Restaurant at Colony Plaza

I thought there was a Chinese restaurant in Colony Plaza. Is it still there? Any experience with the food?

Looks like there is a China Gourmet in Colony Plaza. Here's a link to all the stores there.

We've gotten takeout many times from this restaurant and never a disappointment. I believe they are also going be in the new Penellas Plaza. Here is their menu... China Gourmet Restaurant Menu

Fair to average.

I'm with you guys......always a nice meal to go with ample serving size with the combo dinners (2 meals) and great flavor. Pricing is also good.

Just so-so for us. Depending on what you get I guess. The Chicken Chow Mien is good.

We are always happy with the food there. My wife orders chicken with broccolli and I order sesame chicken. We think the quality is good and the portions are generous. Enough for a couple of meals.

It's a good "take out" Chinese place. They have a number of tables, but you will be eating on plastic plates with plastic silverware. It's pretty good Chinese food. For a better Chinese food experience, I recommend Koyames. Again, there is nothing wrong with the food at china gourmet. My wife and I get our take out from them all the time.

We get the garlic chicken combo, split it, more than enough for the two of us. We find it very good.

The food is good, as are the portions. However, I just wish the cooks and preparers wore head covers. Hair has a tendency to fall into food. Just a suggestion....

Fair to poor. overpriced for what you get. I ordered a chicken dish and it should have been called a vegie dish with some chicken. There wasn't enough chicken in it, they could have only made one small leg. Not even close to some of the Chinese places in the Portland and Seattle area. Many of our neighbors rave about this place but we will never go back. The dish I was supposed to have was marked as spicy, But was just very bland.
