Default One of the best lunch experiences…

Yesterday we saw an article in the Sun about a new bar menu at Tierra Del Sol that included pizza. We got there around 2 PM, there were other people sitting at the bar and some patrons scattered around at tables.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. Everyone was raving about the food. Peter Tokas, one of the owners, walked around and spoke with everyone. He said he wanted everyone to feel at home when they were there. He told us that all the food is made from scratch. He brought out the chef to say hi to everyone.

Our pizza came out and it was DELICIOUS. Peter brought around plates of homemade potato chips to everyone. Then… he sent over amazing cream puffs for dessert. Happy hour is all day.

We felt like we were visiting family. It is obvious that Peter is passionate about his restaurant and wants everyone to have a great experience. He sure succeeded yesterday!

My partner and I still work full time, I work 3rd shift so the only full day that we have off together is Saturday. That time is really important to us. We left there feeling wonderful; we couldn’t stop talking about it the rest of the day.

Everybody who likes the restaurant should go out of their way to support it this summer while the golf course is closed and business is bad for lunch especially.
