Default Manager of Codys

As the manager of Cody's, we serve on avarage 1,200 guests per day. We are the most successful restaurant in the Villages. This is not a bold statment, just a fact. There are many reasons for this. Here are a few:
#1 Quality, #2 Quantity, #3 Value, #4 Atmosphere, and #5 Service. I am grateful that you have taken the time to post a comment on TOTV so I can address the issue. First and foremost, my apologies of two things: your disliking of the piece of prime rib, and the fact that your server told you that we boil our prime rib. I will be addressing my serving staff today about giving false information to our guests. As far as our procedure of cooking prime rib; we do slow roast our prime rib in an Alto Sham @ 250 degrees for 3 hours. Unfortunately, not every loin of meat we get is going to be tender. That is just the nature of the cow. On your next visit to Cody's, please ask for James Kane. I am the manager. I work Wednesday thru Sunday 3pm to 12am

Thank you for posting your concerns
Feel Free to contact me at:
352-259-8500
Sincerely, James Kane.

I will try the prime rib at Codys when I rent in TV in June. My mouth is watering already!

Hey James, thanks for posting about Cody's. I will also try the Prime Rib when I am there next. Can you tell me about your use (if any) of MSG?.....in steaks and otherwise? Thanks James!

We have not moved in yet but had lunch at Codys yesterday.
Fajita Wednesdays 2 for $10.98
Happy hour beer (a full pint not 10 ounces at RJ Gators) for a whopping $16.00 with tax.
Love the atmosphere. If you like automobilia this is your place.
Been there twice and great both times.
May come back for your $12.00 4 course steak dinner if its still going on when we move there in June.
