We are looking for nice easy relaxed place to go on Sunday after church. Not really looking for some houty toughty place. Looking for more than Golden Corral but not as formal as Katy Bells...grandkids would bother folks there ... We are willing to leave the bubble to find a place....we went to a country club last year....Havanna....wuld have been better going to SAMs and eat the samples,,food was terrible,,, two of the wait staff got in verbal altercation, was like wwf on Easter Sunday grandson thought was great,, was kinda embarrassing,, oh well any help?.

you might try the speckled butterbean on rt 44 down by brownwood - the new town square-to-be.

take buena vista to the very end, turn right and then turn left at traffic light into the drive to the restaurant. casual dress and down home comfort food. fried chicken is outta sight; soup and salads are good, too.

i don't have the phone no. for the wildwood restaurant - but i bet you could call the webster location to make sure the restaurant is open on easter sunday - 569-5333

Harbor Lights is a great place. It's about a 40 minute ride down 75 to lake Panossoffkee. Awesome buffet.

Did you want to stay in The Villages or is outside of it an option and if so how far are you willing to travel. That information might help those who wish to make suggestions. You might also want to check out The Villages Gourmet Club Restaurant Review Site. Lots of good reviews there!
