Default List Restaurants that enforce masks in kitchen

Can we put together a list of Local Restaurants that enforce Masks to be worn by kitchen staff in the kitchen, and of course servers?
I love the Ale House for that reason! They enforce masks and have optional outdoor seating..

Whether you agree with the Governor, I prefer to eat my food without droplets of saliva from kitchen staff.. I will not patronize Giovanni's pizza for that reason! Thank you !

Wolfgang Puck. It is an open kitchen and everyone was wearing a mask.

So, didn’t bother you before the pandemic? You know the song that Silver Fox sang? “ no one knows what goes on behind closed doors”

These people cannot social distance. If everyone is wearing a mask at least they are not spreading the disease to each other and the customers.

From the kitchen to the waitstaff. You were the one who told me that when people are indoors and cannot social distance they should be wearing masks.

That is correct. But restaurants usually have a "pass", where the chef puts the food and the wait staff picks it up at some point---in most instances the chef and waiter are more than 6 feet apart. I'm sure there are exceptions, but remember the OP was concerned over "saliva in his food", which can't transmit the disease (about a million other diseases, but not COVID)

We were at Giovanni's a couple of weeks ago and on the way out noticed nobody in kitchen was wearing a mask even though all servers were doing so.

As a result we will not go back until vaccine comes to us.

BTW have always loved the place but for some reason the four of us all felt food not as good as before.
