I will have to try that. Like calamari when cooked just right.

Last timei went to Havana...I ordered a ketel one martini straight up with olives. Waitress came with a rock glass with rack vodka and told me they ran out of olives.

They still charged me 9.50 for a martini.

I should have called the manager over but this was beyond complaining. This was...ill find another place...Roadhouse on 44 might be better

How long ago? Before the new owners? At the end Hemingways was out of everything.

I read somewhere to check when the chef is off duty and then don't go that day.
also don't go near the end of the day when the staff may be exhausted.

Anyone who thinks Cody's has good prime rib should probably just stop at Circle K for a spinning hot dog.

I went to Havana for lunch last Friday and ordered a turkey burger. I was served a thin frozen turkey patty on a bun. It was less than 4 oz. I spoke to the owner who told me that not enough people order to make it from fresh ground turkey. I don't know why they keep it on the menu.

If you want a really, really good steak, go to Sam's and cook it yourself.

The prime rib was about 1/4" thick looked like it would make a nice sandwich, not close to anything I would ever order--people have complained about the panini-making calmari is very easy , defrost the block of frozen squid, and fry gently--make a nice sauce and cover==great food for the masses

and thats what we do Sam's "prime" meat @ home
