Does anyone know of a good caterer that will serve a fish fry to
a club of over 200 at a rec center?

I haven't used them to cater, but Athen New York caters and has a really good haddock in addition to other delicious fish dishes. Give them a call at 352.385.3592 at their Mount Dora location or 352.633.3455 in The Villages. I hope this helps.

FYI: Mount Dora location closed when Chris opened the Spanish Springs location.
