A new Italian restaurant is opening up near us-wife brought home the menu--not knocking it, but its too cookie cutter for us--dying for some scungilli Fra diavalo-its amazing tons of conch in Fl and no Italian restaurants cook it

Not to argue, but I thought all the conch was brought in from the Bahamas. Plus they are becoming scarce in the Bahamas too.
