I would like to say that I like Thai food, but the truth is that most of the time I just get Pad Thai (which I love), and never really try anything more adventurous. Well, last night my brother-in-law took us out to Thai Ruby. He travels extensively and has been to Thailand a number of times. We let him order for everyone....no pad thai for anyone. I have always avoided the dishes cooked with coconut milk. It just never sounded very tasty to me. One of the dishes that my brother in law ordered was Green Curry chicken. Unlike Indian curries, this one had some coconut milk in it. I can honestly say that it was the most delicious dish I have had in a long time. My wife and I plan on going back later this week to have it again.
