Stopped in Thursday nite, had more vegetarian/vegan friendly food than expected, asked for it to be cooked slightly different without oil, they were very accommodating and eager to do so.
The ambiance was very nice, the food was very good, had better Thai but would rate it a 8 out 10. Fairly priced, we'll return. The red house wine is not to ordered. Strolled by the square afterwards until a storm scattered all to their carts and cars.

![]() I am so sorry to point this out, but you know me. There is no Pee in Lake Sumter or in Sumter Landing. There is a P in The Villages though. PTurner is here. I saw her with my own eyes yesterday at Crispers. She sat right next to Pooh. I have known P and Pooh for a long time. Jimbo looks exactly like George Clooney and he is not even fifty yet.

Yes, Thai Ruby is located at Lake Sumter Landing. 1064 Canal Street is the address.

We like Thai Ruby as they are quite consistent, always quite crowded. Probably the best ethnic joint in TV. Wish there are Korean or Vietnamese restaurants here too. Love the Vietnamese Pho.

I vote for Vietnamese Pho too!
