Default Thank You Bonifay

This last Saturday there was a big TaeKwondo (Korean Karate) tournament held at Seabreeze. Many of the tournament contestants from The Villages and also from Karate Schools in Orlando, Melbourne, and Tampa met at Bonifay for the breakfast buffet. I think this is a much larger crowd than they were used to seeing at 7:30 in the morning. The staff and management reacted immediately and brought order to what could have been chaos. They immediately put extra people on the omelette station and in 10 minutes had extra waiters walking in the door. A very professional job, and the buffet was delicious as usual (I am partial to their cheesy grits). Thanks Bonifay!!!

As a future Sanibel resident, I look forward to the breakfast buffet at Bonifay. Thanks for the report.

Maybe a heads up to the restaurant before hand would have been appreciated.

I was not part of the "committee" planning the breakfast, so I don't know if they got a heads up or not. But I agree, if they didn't they should have.

I have not eaten the breakfast buffet in the past couple weeks but saw an ad in the paper that the buffet at is now $6.99 versus the $5.99. I was going to take a go cart ride there to check it out for sure. But can anyone verify it? I always thought the buffet was very nice and a deal at $5.99!

We went the other day and I believe it was $6.99.

It's a bit pricey for me... Buffet, $6.99; coffee, $2.25. Add tax and tip, and you're up to $12.00.

Well I know have to agree. I was shocked how much their coffee. How they made up for the buffet since it is a morning meal. I just didn't get the coffee. but just keeps going up so probably won't frequent as much. Any other good bargain biffets out their at their "original" pricing?
