Had lunch there today. Penne Ala Vodka a little different than other's I've had ( not as creamy) but very good just the same. My wife's lasagna was also very good. Good service. One soup, one salad, two glass's of wine $25.31.

They are on the high side.... My guess is that The Villages charges high rent... A bowl of pasta $11 three meatballs $4 added on....

It has been reported numerous times on this site, the Villages charges comparable commercial rates. Bad guess.

What would that comparable commercial rate be ?
One would imagine a corner location just across the Spanish Springs Town Square Would be a far more desirable location compared to lets say something near the bowling center hence a higher commercial rate. Location is everything
