Default Yelp's Top 100 in Florida

Yelp published this list of the top 100 restaurants in Florida. I don't know what criteria was used but #33 is in Ocala at a place I never heard of.

I found the criteria they use

"Yelp determines which restaurants make the list by asking its online community of Yelpers to nominate their favorite dining spots. After the results are tabulated, Yelp formulates a list based on the number of submissions, ratings, the number of reviews, geographic representation and other factors."

Thumbs down

So the owner of a restaurant gets all his family and friends to nominate his place to get on the Top 100 List. Seems too easy to stuff the ballot box without Yelp checking the authenticity of the votes. In Ocala, I would think Mark's Prime or Mesa de Notte would have come out on top, over Haeorum Foods, which is basically a Korean grocery store, in a gas station, with bars on their windows and a sitting area with folding chairs and folding tables, serving food in styrofoam boxes, that closes at 7 PM, that nobody ever heard of.

I don't rely on Yelp. Some of their ratings don't make any sense at all. Too easy to make false reviews and ratings on this site.
