Fiesta Grande Colony Plaza closed?

Went to our favorite Mexican restaurant yesterday, Fiesta Grande in Colony Plaza and it was closed and a lot of kitchen equipment was sitting outside on Patio. Anyone know what is going on?

It is closed for remodeling for about 2 weeks.
