Chacam: So what does the manager have to say about it? If you don't get a clear explanation, a big apology and a free meal, I'd make copies of the bills and credit card statements and send them to the Attorney General's office in Tallahassee! That'll get their attention! We don't need (or want) restaurants like this in The Villages.
