We dined at Red Sauce last night. I ordered the stuffed Quail! I enjoyed it and would order it again. It was the first time I had quail - more flavored than chicken but not as much as duck. It is great dish!

We have not been there in four years or so. Might go back at some point. There are so many good restaurants in the Villages.

Since the new owners took over the food has been so much better.

I did not know they even had new owners. When was this? The former owner used to bring a pug to Doggie Doo Run Run. This was before they opened and she would bring the pug every so often after that. We went there a few times but my parents were not very impressed.

When did they get new owners, my husband got food poisoning there several months ago and their (owner and manager) attitude and knowledge about food poisoning was all wrong. Both said food poisoning symptoms did not occur until 2 days later!!
We will not be returning. I will be reporting them to the department of health

I have always enjoyed Red Sauce. I like their pizza and many other dishes.
