Whatever I choose (for sandwich or entree), I add the "XL Combo". Slightly better than getting everything a la carte. But I will grant you it is not the most economical place for lunch (it's easy to spend more at other places for dinner). But it's not the worst either. And I can say I've never walked out disappointed (which I can't say for most places). But I get it (comment about price).

However, since the topic is fries, I'd put their's against anybody's.

We had Habit in Virginia. Besides fantastic fries, the burgers were fabulous too.

Love the Habit - we had one in Northern Va and it was terrific. Maybe the chain is expanding on the east coast and will make its way to Florida!

Not really. A "little" fries is a small cup of fries, for $5.89. If that's all you think about, then yes, it's too expensive. However - it's not just a small cup. What they do (it's their actual policy): is fry up a batch of fries (they're all individually prepared to order), open a paper bag. Scoop the fries up and put them in a cup. Put the cup in the bag. Then dump all the REST of the fries in the bag on top of the full cup.

You basically get the equivalent of a "supersize" fry, for $5.89. That's a lot of potatoes.

There are nearly a dozen Habit burgers places in Florida, FYI. Check out "Locations" on their website.

When mcD’s use to have buns delivered fresh daily. Never be same as 60’s. I don’t know where McD gets there buns but must be far, far away to get that stale?
