Default El Santiago Club

Some one asked me on a previous thread, if I was keeping any other good eateries to my self. Well this place isn't new, it is one of the oldest in TV. El Santiago Club is still one of my favorite places to eat.

The menu concentrates on seafood, not the fancy stuff, maybe you could consider it diner fare. Still the food is prepared very well and the service is excellent.

The one thing you should know before you try the Club out is they have live, nightly entertainment. The music is outside, on an enclosed porch, but it can get pretty loud inside. If this might bother you, ask to get a table in the back ante-room. It is much more quiet there. Bon appetite.

I'll have to try it. Haven't been there in a long time. Do the Parrots still meet there? They packed the place so much that you couldn't get waited on. So we stopped going.

Has been a while for me.... will give it a try

"Years ago" they had a great happy hour, it started earlier than others back then, maybe 3P. My wife and would sit out back on a nice day with a drink(s) of choice and split a one pound hamburger, that is no typo.... 1 pound!

They had special buns made... funniest looking thing you ever saw, but awesome...

Default El Santiago

Had lunch there last week ,, was good, and the folks were great - we sat after golf and had drinks on the patio - as the live music started - was enjoyable, not too loud, had three drinks and it was like $6.50 - happy hour was cheap!
Peace,
