Are you saying that they buy smaller racks that weigh less?

I don't know for sure if they bought smaller or cut them down. My wife had 11ribs on a full rack and we paid full price. The actual size was even smaller then normal and had less meat.
We had no issue with the quality, taste or service, but it was the smallest full slab of baby back ribs she has ever had.

Sorry to get off the track, but my original post was about the SALAD BAR. Does anyone know if it's operational yet? I really don't care about the size of the BB Rib Slabs.

No, they have not installed the salad bar yet. We were there Friday and asked the waitress if they had completed it yet. She said they were told it would be about two weeks two weeks ago and nothing yet.
