Default Speceled Butterbean

Driving on 44 yesterday I saw where the Speceled Butterbean is coming in where the Sonnys used to be just outside of Wild wood. I've been to their other locatioin in Webster and the Chicken was great. I'm not a big fan of fried chicken but this was exceptional. It almost tasted like the "broasted chicken" I used to enjoy when I lived in Ohio. All of their food is home cooked. Just wanted to pass this info on to all. It is going to save me a 52 mile round trip for fried chicken (yes, it was worth the drive)

I hope they get Buena Vista open down to 44 soon, if that location expects business from TV easy access down Buena Vista is a must.

Do you know when they will open?

Can'[t wait to try it...used to get broasted chicken at Lake George in the 70's and haven't found anything to touch it since....will be right on top of the to-do list when we get back..

Has anyone had the chance to try this restaurant yet? We tried to get there for lunch last week, but the parking lot was full and we couldn't find a spot to park.
